The state tournament is the final meet of the gymnastics season which runs from November to March. Gymnastics, one of the most popular events in the summer Olympics, is also one of the most difficult. All athletes must train movements, but it is especially true for gymnasts who usually perform movements that require every major muscle group in the body to work in synergy. In this way, gymnastics training actually paves the way to improvements in many other sports. Hundreds of kids are involved in gymnastics and tumbling at the many gyms in the Treasure Valley. Bronco Elite is proud to be offering kids of all ages fitness, fun, and discipline that will benefit them their whole lives.
