*Session 5 will run as a college gymnastics meet; two events & trade places. Vaulters will compete on a low-impact, competition matting over foam, landing zone.

Special Athlete Recognition
City of Trees Online Store sponsored on behalf of the Bronco Elite Booster Club
The City of Trees online store was designed to provide friends and family with an option to provide special recognition to their gymnast even though they are unable to physically attend the competition. We all want to support our gymnasts even from afar. The online store offers you a variety of options to select a special recognition gift to show her you are thinking about her and to congratulate her on a job well done.

COVID-19 Protocols:
- Please do not send your athlete if she is exhibiting any symptoms of illness
- Temperatures will be taken in the main office upon arrival.
- Athletes with temperatures of 100.3 or greater will be turned away.
- Please have your athlete wash her hands when entering and exiting the building.
- Athletes will use provided alcohol-based hand sanitize prior to each event
- High traffic mats will be sanitized between sessions
- Masks must be worn when the athlete is not in timed warm-up or competition.
- Judges will wear masks, except when medical conditions prevent it.
- Coaches will wear masks except when clear communication is necessary for the safety of the athlete. (IE: spotting, communicating down a 84 ft. vault runway, during timed warmups, etc.)
- Coaches & Parents please encourage social distancing at all times.Note: All participating gyms are from within the state of Idaho.
Parking: Drop off & pick up only for parents of athletes. Drop & Pick up at main driveway on Fenton Avenue off 48th Street. Some congestion is expected; please plan accordingly. Coaches, judges, and driving athletes may park in the North (Fenton Ave) parking lot, the East (48th St) parking lot, along Fenton Ave, or along 48th St (including along Happy Camper chain link fence).
Water & Food: Please provide your own snacks and a refillable water bottle. Discourage athletes from sharing water or food items.
Spectators:
No live spectators will be possible this year due to COVID-19.
To allow for viewing for the City of Trees meet, we will have cameras set up to broadcast the meet using Zoom. The cameras will be on each event, scores and awards. Please use the links provided below to enter into the meet and view it. In order to have a more enjoyable viewing experience, please download the application to your phone and/or computer prior to the event.
The main camera upon entering will be for the Floor. There will be breakout rooms for Vault, Bars, Beam, Awards and Scores. It is set up to able to navigate between the rooms and the main floor throughout the sessions. You may enter or leave the main room or breakout room as you desire.
When using zoom, you will automatically be muted and your camera is off. Please do not try and unmute or turn the camera on. If this is done, you will turn the camera onto yourself for all to view which can take away from the athlete. We have set up some parameters to help prevent this, but we cannot monitor the entire event. We ask for your assistance to make sure all can view their athletes.
We have worked to ensure this works and is viewable at all times. However, we cannot promise it will function all the time as we wish. Sadly, technology does not always work as we plan. If any issues arise please contact the front entry of the meet and someone will be alerted asap. We will do our best to watch the feed for errors.
